Mercury : Grand Marquis Colony Park LS

1985 Mercury Grand Marquis Colony Park LS Woody Wagon 5. 0 V8 Fuel Injected engine. automatic transmission.   The wagon was garaged most of its life and has minimul rust – small spot on rear quarter shown in photo and also a bit under the spare tire.   All original paint with only minor damage to front fender that is barely visible – see photo.  The paint shines nicely but there are plenty of dings. marks. scratches etc. . that don't show up in the photos.   The car looks better in pictures so I encourage anyone interested to see the car in person so there are no disappointments. Perfect surf wagon or pull your camper/trailer – hitch and light connections on bumper – see photo.   Low mileage. just 87. 62!  Starts right up and runs great with no smoke and shifts strong.   The only thing I noticed was the car could use a wheel alignment since there is a vibration felt in the steering wheel while driving.   The brakes stop well but might need pads or adjustments.  Looks very retro like wagons from the 60s Country Squires and Colony Parks but has all the modern technology for a dependable cruiser.   Most of the interior is very nice. dash looks great. no tears in the seats or headliner.   Carpet is original but pretty dirty and would benefit from a good cleaning.   The wagon is eligible for classic car insurance and classic license plates means no inspection in most states and can cost less than $200 per year to insure with zero deductible.     Clear Connecticut title and bill of sale ready to go.   Yes. you can drive this home.
