Up for bid is my 1967 Land Rover NADA. (North American Dollar Area. ) Purchased on Ebay around 7 years ago. Since that time I've seen a few on this site. Most have a replacement engine. commonly a GM 6 cylinder. This one has the original 2. 6 l 6 cylinder. This vehicle is original except for 2 upgrades. It has a modern 'Rover Drive' overdrive and a West German supplemental heater that runs off a 2 nd gas tank under the front passenger seat. It was also repainted before I bought it. Never cared for the paint job. It comes with the desirable Koenig PTO winch (not installed) and the usual boxes of spares. I also have the four rear jumps seats. Thru the years I've read all sorts of hype about these NADA's. 811 imported. A gift to all mankind etc. Most sellers just copy from a book. Currently showing 74674 miles.
It may have a few more when sold. All gauges work. Has a paint blister. There's a spare that goes on the hood. New brakes and lines 2012. Also new exhaust then. I find myself driving this less and less. Time to send it to a good home. Reserve price relatively close to opening bid. Inspections invited. $500 non refundable deposit due within 24 hours of end of auction. Paypal only. Questions?
