Sale price: £17100 Make an offer

Car location: Dublin , Ireland

Seller's notes: The car has no history unfortunately.I can tell you that there is 4 owners in total. 2 in the UK and 2 in Ireland. Most things work but the car has not really been used on a regular basis so has the usual intermittent electrical gremlins, passenger window is intermittent, the blower works when it chooses. The door bins have been put back on since the pics.Aside from the above this is an exceptional 3.2 G50 with no rust in a great colour and with scope to make even better without much cost.

This is my beautiful 911 3. 2 in guards red with black interior. It is original in every way. even down to the stereo. The colour combination is excellent. the car was well thought out when originally ordered.

The options sticker is still under the bonnet which specifies 12 or more options. including. 16" fuch wheels. koni shocks. rear seat belts. sunroof. front and rear spoilers. heated electric mirrors. the list goes on. The engine is original and showing 131. 00 miles. I imagine it has had a rebuild but cant possibly know without the paperwork. Its nice a quiet and pulls very strongly with good progressive power and no flat spots. There is a weep of oil from underneath but nothing horrible. the rocker gaskets seem completely oil tight which is very uncommon! I have videos of it running and extra detailed pics if you would like to text me your email address with the number provided. The car has been in Ireland since 1997. Up until 97 the car had 2 owners in the UK over 10 years. Since then the car has had 2 owners in Ireland over 17 years. The registration in the UK was D 139 CLU. I imagine that the DVLA will re-assign this plate to the car once registered back in the UK. To re-import to the UK it is a very simple process. it requires a little paperwork and £25 for a V 5. The only paperwork I have with the car is the ownership document in my name. The service books have been lost in transit. which is common when a car is exported to Ireland. This does not mean there are any stories. the car is HPI clear and ready to go to a good home. Regarding body work and the undercarriage it is rust free. The underside is original without any welding. strong. straight and original. The bodywork panels are completely rust free. The car was painted 4 years ago to an excellent standard and still looks great with "NO" rust or bubbling in the usual areas. under the headlights. scuttle panel. tops of the wings. rear wings where the bumper joins the wing are all straight and smooth.
There is some small faults which I hope to rectify. There is sometimes a click when you turn the steering wheel. This does not effect the steering or ride at any speed and there is no play in the steering rack whatsoever. so I think a simple and inexpensive repair. As previously mentioned the heater blower works intermittently. There is a couple of buttons missing from the stereo but you can still push the function. The passenger window is working intermittently. The electric slide front and back function on the drivers seat is a little funny. it can grab perfectly or try and push one side. The button for incline and decline is missing but it still works when I used the button from the other side. Slide forwards and backwards button on the (passenger side) is missing but the function still works. Just be aware if you are extremely tall or below average height and cant move the seat as easily as you'd like. ( Again a simple inexpensive repair as the motors are working perfectly)I will try and rectify these issues before pickup and I am in the process of sourcing the plastic cover for the switch. The compressor is not present and there are limited tools. basically a wheel brace. jack and spare. The seats are in good shape. slight fading on the drivers bolster but no tears. there is a good patina in general. The front tyres could do with replacement soon. There is a small crack in the rear near side indicator lens cover The small sill end is missing on the drivers side rear. (Approx £5 to replace)Finally the alarm is disconnected. There may be other tiny cosmetic and electrical faults but nothing an afternoon with some fuses and WD 40 wont fix. Aside from these minor faults the car is really stunning and as everybody knows a great investment before prices go really crazy. especially in original unmolested condition like this one. It will be slightly cheaper than the £30 k models due to the lack of history and minor faults but as the car has such a lovely foundation it wont be much lower.
I can deliver with good communication or you are welcome to come and collect. I can advise on Flights and Ferries and pick you up from the airport. in the car if necessary. Regarding driving. it is still on Irish plates so its up to you while travelling through the UK. Most insurance companies will cover you for 3 months while you arrange MOT and registration papers. Regarding the driving experience. drive is tight smooth and powerful just how the factory intended. The clutch and G 50 gearbox is perfect with no crunch or slip. The brakes are new including resent refurbished callipers. so as good as they can be. The engine pulls strongly with the 240 BHP as standard. You'll find yourself cruising at 100 mph without even realising. Everything about the drive is undramatic and re-assuring. yet there is a lovely sense of occasion knowing you're in a pretty special little car. Deposit to hold then cash or bank transfer on collection. If you require delivery. half or the full balance is required up front. Text or call anytime. +44(0)771 21 91 392
I love 911 s and have owned several over the years. This one is special. it will be difficult to let go so if the right price is not achieved I will be keeping it. I have a little problem with patience. that's all!The reality is I jump in the 996 everyday and this will just sit in the garage unused with the F 355 !
