1987 BMW 635 E24 AUTO

This auction is for my BMW E 24 auto with LSD. this is one of the last before the highline. I bought the car 2010 and used it for a year its never missed a beat. I have not had chance to use it since so after 3 years laid up I've decided to sell. Its been dry stored in a garage throughout my ownership. it's just passed its MOT with no advisories. The car is in very good condition with no rot. I have oil sprayed the underside regularly to keep it this way. the paintwork is good for the age. the boot lid & roof have been re-sprayed in the past all the usual rust spots such as front wings are in great condition. I carried out an oil service last year so she is ready to go. I'm an electrical engineer so have made sure everything electrical on the car works as it should. all the common faults have been resolved all instruments working. no warning lights anywhere etc. Drives fantastic. gearchange is perfect engine sounds sweet and starts first time. she brakes in a straight line locking all wheels with ABS working as expected. I have been through this car extensively ensuring everything works as it should with alot of preventative maintenance carried out. This is an impressive car with great spec ready to drive away.

Air conditioning – This needs re-gassing due to not being used. it worked ice cold 3 years ago after I had it retro fitted to R 134 a (from now obsolete R 12) so can be topped up anywhere for the summer electrically its working perfect

Alpine Radio/CD with remote & Hirschmann automatic antenna. upgraded front speakers

Original BMW tools including Jack. wheelbrace. pare wheel etc

BBS Imperial 16” cross spoke alloys with matching like new tyres

Chrome is excellent all round apart from rear bumper which has a hole on rear NS corner (see pics)

BMW sports seats with rear headrests. leather on front seats is worn but still in nice condition

M-Tech steering wheel & upgraded leather gear lever

Passenger footwell has some damage to the carpet under the mat otherwise carpets. dash. leather and headliner are in excellent condition
