Street Rod
You are looking at a very unique 1935 Desoto Street Rod. This is not a kit car. it is an all-steel car. I will do my best to describe what all has been done to this street rod but if you have any questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer. You are more than welcome to come test drive this car if you are a serious. local buyer.
This car has been outfitted with a 327 V 8 motor. Great oil pressure. Starts easy every time. It has an Edelbrock intake and an Edelbrock 4-barrel carb. Headers with new exhaust. Nice Chevy valve covers. Transmission is a automatic Turbo 350 which shifts smooth. It has an electric radiator fan.
It has a Mustang II style front clip with power disk brakes on front and a 10-Bolt rear with drum brakes.
Brand new Cooper Cobra tires installed on American Racing wheels (255 on back and 235 on front).
All the glass is in good condition. Body is straight. Paint shows no major chips or signs of peeling (I would give it an 8 out of 10). It has a set of dolphin gauges installed (speedo and fuel guage are not hooked up). Oil Pressure. Temp and Volt gauges work great.
The interior needs some freshing up at some point.
All doors open and close well. Windows go up and down but the regulators probably should be serviced at some point and window seals should be replaced. Headliner says "35 Desoto" above the windshield.
This car is an absolute blast to drive. It sounds amazing and is a real attention getter.
We are open to trades and partial trades locally.
We do have the engine side panels to go with the car along with the interior window bezels and other some interior parts.
