1947 Morris 8 series E on the road in good running order. I have owned this lovely old car since 2007 and have enjoyed it immensely only using it in the summer. I have decided to sell it now as work commitments mean I don't get the time to use it as much as I used to. It has had the engine fully reconditioned less than 2000 miles ago. Also has had many new and reconditioned parts including. rear shocks. rear wheel bearings and hub seals. brake cylinder seals. door seals. and two new tyres to name but a few. The car is historic and so road tax is free and it no longer requires an mot because of its age. It's last mot was in 2012 and it has only covered 500 miles since then. It still has its original registration number and comes with some history which shows that the car was changed from all black to blue and black in 1985. This may well be the time of the restoration of the car. The car looks great and is a real crowd puller but as an older restoration it does have some bubbling of the paintwork. the worst being the bottom of the drivers door. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like. I will require a £200. 00 deposit paid by paypal within 24 hours of auction end and cash on collection or cleared funds prior to collection.
