Rover Mini 1275cc MPI S Registered 1998 17k miles

This was an amazing find for me.  I have a wife obsessed with mini's.  I had two of hers for repairs in the garage for years and never got round to it - the nagging was intolerable !  In April 2011. I was driving passed "we buy any car" (who are based in Hull) saw this in the window - as good as the day it left the factory.  I bought it and then sold her other two. which relieved a lot of pressure I can tell you.  She loves it but we now have a small baby. so this other baby of hers is up for sale.
Details. br>"We buy any car" have 40 plus cars in a day.  This mini was complete with every bit of history you can imagine. but when someone picked up a car. they also took the file belonging to this one. so it was all lost with the exception that I have the original list from the salesman as to history (because they had advertised it for sale). plus Vosa computer verification on computer printouts from the earliest vosa started recording them on computer. in this case for this mini. it was 26/10/2005 and showed a mileage of £7. 87. and every year since. plus my own MOT's.  It was of course HPI and accident checked with a negative result.   The only costs to me was a new exhaust. and new tyres last year and a new battery this year.  The car is right.
I bought it with 11. 70 miles on it.  It now has 17. 00 ish on. The last keeper was a lady in Birmingham who bought it in 2003.  I was informed it had been garaged all its life. I have kept up with this tradition.  It has no rain leaks. it has no oil leaks (unbelievable).  It drives superbly and in the rain !.  It is entirely original and with the exception of a couple of small rust bubbles at the bottom of each door. IT HAS NO OTHER RUST !  Yes this is true.  It is like new underneath as it has been "ziebarted" from new. The car is thoroughly amazing and original.  I have changed the oil every year. for me with Millers classic.  
So the issue only with it is its History. part surpassed by the vosa certificates to prove its mileage - but you can see that yourself.  I can't help the way that is and it is up to you have far you wish to depreciate this vehicle on that account.
