    I believe That I am the third owner. Odometer is new but the car had 80. 00 miles on it before the restoration.  This Trans Am is extremely fun to drive and gets attention everywhere you go with it.  This car is near perfect and you will not be disappointed with the quality of this car!!!!!!

PAINT / BODY: 

3 years ago this car had a  full body on restoration.   It was completely disassembled painted with 5 coats of base Starlight Black then 5 coats of clear was applied.   After which it was sanded and buffed to a mirror like finish.   All new body seals and gaskets were used.   Then all of the original interior was redone and reinstalled.   The next step began with putting on the correct stripes and hood bird from Phoenix Graphics.   It took 3 years to complete the restoration and it is beautiful!

Nice high shine to the finish.   A real eye catcher anywhere you take it. Panels line up nicely. Great shape overall. Car was professionally repainted about 3 years ago. Decals and Stripes are Brand New from Phoenix Graphics which are the molded stripes. The Paint is very glossy with very minor if any imperfections. I would say that the paint and body would be a 9. No Rust.

INTERIOR:

THE INTERIOR IS IN Good CONDITION.

Brand New. carpet. nbsp; Black Console. nbsp;
Dash bezel has been redone in the original turned gold. All gauges work. Power windows work but the drivers side is slow sometimes. Glass is original. Brand New Headliner and all weather strips. This car came equipped w/ factory Ac. The Ac is not currently not working. needs some attn. Car could use a dash cover.  

ENGINE / DRIVETRAIN:

Brand new rebuilt 400 6. 6L Motor with the WITH OPTION HIGH PERFORMANCE 220HP. Rebuilt 400 Automatic Turbo TRANSMISSION. During the restoration  the engine was disassembled and the block was freshened up. New engine kit and hitting eldlebrock cam.  New berrings and rings were put in and the heads were professionally cleaned and it had a fresh valve grind.   The Transmission was also professionally overhauled/rebuilt which included a new clutch kit assembly. THE HURST TRANSMISSION IS TIGHT AND SHIFTS SMOOTHLY.   A #s matching Pontiac 400 / 4 speed. detailed engine compartment. fresh tune up. hoses. belts. wires. etc. Runs great. pulls awesome and shifts really smooth. Runs and drives great. Can drive  it anywhere. no issues. Has the original quadrajet carb. with the matching vin on it. Brand new 1000 Cranking Amp Battery. TRUE DUAL EXHAUST w/ FLOWMASTER TURBO MUFFLERS. EXITING THROUGH THE CORRECT TAILPIPES AND CHROME T/A DUAL OUTLET SPLITTER TIPS. Sounds Mean!  ALL FRAME SUSPENSION AND UNDERBODY PARTS HAVE BEEN REPAIRED REPLACED. (where needed) PAINTED AND DETAILED. THERE IS NO SURFACE RUST OR CORROSION UNDER THIS VEHICLE.    

Wheels / Tires;

Tires are NEW COOPER ZEON  245/45/17  and they have about 500 miles on them. Wheels are Brand New year One 17'' snowflakes. Brand new all the wya around.  

THE EXTERIOR OF THE CAR IS IN SHOW QUALITY CONDITION INCLUDING WHEELS. TIRES. PAINT. DECALS. LIGHTS. TRIM. HARDWARE AND ACCESORYS.   THE INTERIOR IS IN NEAR PERFECT CONDITION. THIS IS NOT A TRAILOR QUEEN. This is a good driver and a good Sat Night Cruiser that has done really well in shows. I have won several car shows and awards with this car. A lot due to the originality of the car. This is a true survivor and THESE CARS HAVE REALLY BEGAN TO SKY ROCKET IN VALUE SINCE THE 2002 DISSMISSLE OF THE TRANS AM. AND NOW WITH GM NO LONGER MAKING PONTIAC. THIER VALUES ARE SURE TO EVEN CLIMB HIGHER OVER THE NEXT FEW YEARS.   Nada has this car Valued at over $30. 00 and some are selling for close to $50k. I have spent a lot of money on this car. I have receipts on a lot of the work. I do have a buy it now price set. I reserve the right to end this auction early b/c the car is also for sale locally. TRUE Y84 Special Edition Smokey and the Bandit car that is 99% restored. I have spent close to $30. 00 on the restoration. This car is full of Year One and Classic Industries parts. The engine is a 400 big block built by a race engine shop here in GA. The transmission is a turbo 400 positive traction. Factory 4 wheel disc brakes. I have the pictures of the restoration from start to finish showing you all the work that has been done. I have reciepts for all of the parts. WHAT DOES IT NEED NOW. I have not put a stereo in the car. was going to put the retro Year One version. The AC compressor and dryer need to be installed. Thats it. It is a great car. I have spent a lot of money and time but it is time to move on. I have the clear title in hand. If I put the radio in and finish the air then this car would be finished.
