Now selling my 83 campaign gti.
I've owned this for over 3 years now and had great fun in it. Picked my new toy yesterday so this has to go. All original campaign interior in near mint condition and the 1. 8 8v engine which still pulls strong. Before I bought it it's undergone a full respray. and good service history. I think the engine had a rebuild at around 100k of the 175k on the clock. I have still got all the parts to put it back to stock ie Pirelli p slots and twin light grill. The overall bodywork is excellent but to get it perfect sills will need doing at some point (have got 2 sills with the sale) New parts I've fitted are; stainless steel down pipes. sportex exhaust. mintex discs. pads. adjustable shocks. ats alloys. Bridgestone tyres. K and N air filter. plugs. leads. injector seats. dizzy. fuel pump. coil. battery and regular oil change. This is a great little mk1 and will put a smile on you face when you drive it. It's won a couple of trophies along the way at dubfreeze and Deva Dubs N Rods I think £4750 is a fair price for this classic. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
