I'll start with a straight and totally rust free FJ 40 in great condition. From there. I'll completely disassemble every nut and bolt. have the frame and parts sandblasted. frame powder coated. and then begin the build according to your own blueprints. Absolutely no short cuts! Obviously. this is not something that can be completed overnight. It will take approximately 8 - 12 months. depending on the options you choose. In most cases. I've been able to finish my projects much sooner. It's tough to give an accurate completion time until I know exactly what the build is to include.

Either way. it's not an FJ 40 you'll purchase that's put together to what someone else liked. It will be an FJ 40 built to what you wanted! Huge difference. and in my opinion. well worth a few months wait.

It does not have a " buy it now " price.

It does have a reserve price not shown. I won't tell you what that reserve is. however. I will let you know it's very high for good reason. I don't do this for a living and don't make a lot of money doing it. I've simply been playing with FJ 40's since I bought my first in 1973. It's a passion and a love that keeps me restoring these awesome vehicles.

At the same time. I do need to cover my expenses and building an FJ 40 to the level I'm offering is costly. As an example. I have over $60. 00 in receipts alone for the white FJ 40 shown. It is as mentioned above. literally a new cruiser!
