1929 Rolls Royce 20 hp Tourer.

A beautifully proportioned Barker style barrel sided tourer the body having been fabricated & installed some 40 years ago. This is a completely sorted car in beautiful running condition that has been driven extensively during the last two summers by its current owner. Fitted with overdrive the car keeps up easily with modern traffic having no trouble at cruising between 50 & 60 MPH.
The car is finished in Oxford & Cambridge blue with the paint being in very good condition all around & not out of place when being shown. The car perfectly matched the colours of my jacket on the day of photography. I will happily provide my tailors address to the new owner.
To the interior is dark blue pleated & buttoned leather with the hide extending to matching door cards. A wood fillet runs from the dash round the door tops & over the central cowl. To the floor are light blue carpets with dark blue over mats all edge bound in leather. The hood is a high quality affair of Mohair with matching side screens for inclement motoring. An Auster screen fits into its rear mounts to provide succour for rear mounted passengers.
The car comes with its starting handle. Brass snots gun & an assortment of other tools in the running board mounted tool chest. A single side mount spare sits on the passenger running board & a large nickel Klaxon lurks under the bonnet. The engine bay is well detailed & comes with original under-trays. although not fitted on the day of viewing.
The car is currently available for viewing in Cornwall where it shares garage space with the owners other 20 hp Saloon.
