Shares the same Krafthaus Bodykit as the MGF cheetah. As been Magazine featured in the past which i have a copy of and i was contacted by MGF Enthusiast Magazine to arrange a write up and photo but never pursued it as the car was in rebuild at the time, i am sure they would be still be keen to feature this car.

Was sent by Friarsgate MG Dealers to MG Fairways of Gillingham for Panther Conversion from new. This is one of the most expensive MGFS sold.

Believed to be Six originally built with only two left, Five Mark 1 was built in Anthracite, this being the only Mark 2 Built and the only one in silver. Dry Stored in my ownership.

Car as been stripped and rebuilt by me over seven years on and off and recently finished. The car past MOT with no advisories.

My description where states new is exactly that, many parts listed underneath are no longer available brand new, fortunately i had collected these new over the years dealing in MG parts. Any MGF or TF Enthusiast will hopefully appreciate this as required a lot of time and thousands of pounds to restore. I have aimed to keep the car as original as possible.

Bodywork is Rust Free no welding patches, the Rear quarter panels and sills have not been patched they was fully replaced with British Motor Heritage full Rear Quarter Panels along with the Front wings. The car was recently fully repainted by a paint shop in a Spray booth. The Rear Lights, Front Headlights and Indicators and Number Plate Lens are all Brand New. The Alloy Wheels and nuts are Brand New which sit on original Good Year Tyres.

Copper Brake lines have been fully replaced From front to Rear, with new hoses. Front Brand New AP 4 pot Brake Calipers and 304mm Genuine MG Rover Discs. Rear Genuine New OE Lucas Brake calipers. All hoses replaced with New. New ABS sensors.

Front Subframe is Brand New, as are the Steering Rack,Washer Bottle Washer Jets,,Wishbones, Front Hubs, Front Shocks ,Ball joints, Anti Rollbar Bushes and Droplinks. All Eight Subframe Mounts are Stainless and Brand New.

Transmission. Brand New G ratio PG1 Gearbox, New Valeo Clutch, New Clutch Slave Cylinder With Full new Braided Clutch Line. Brand New Bosch OE Starter Motor. New Alternator with the upgraded Alternator Tensioner kit. Brand New Driveshafts.

Every Rubber Water Hose is Brand New including Stainless Steel Engine pipes and Stainless Steel underbody Coolant pipes and the Internal Heater pipes are also new the Heater Resistor is also new Ceramic.

Engine retains the original VVC Engine, New timing belt, Water Pump, Tensioner and Head Gasket was recently renewed by John Norris Rough Luck Racing. All standard with exception of Brand New 52mm Throttle Body and K&N Air Filter.

New Handbuilt Stainless Back box with New Exhaust Heatshield New exhaust Hangers and polybushed

The Roof is brand New with Glass Heated Rear Screen, one of the rare surviving roofs from MG Rover that was fitted on very Late MGTFS Prior to MG Rovers Demise. New Genuine MG windstop.

The Carpets, Dashboard Complete door cards Interior door cards was removed from a low mileage 2009 MGTF LE500 limited edition that was accident damaged and i purchased years ago, the car displays the plaque badge number. The Seats was also Brand New and have no bolster wear.
