1991 CITROEN XM 3 LITRE PRV MANUAL SERIES 1 AWESOME BODYKIT AWESOME PERFORMANCE for sale

Just look at the car and you realise something very unusual is occurring here not just because we have a very special bodykit with twin rear spoilers. side skirts. 16 inch alloys and rear tail blazer but that really is not the half of it.
When you fire this beast up it is quite apparent you are going to unleash something quite different. Yes it is of course the highly desired Series 1 car with the most powerful XM power plant possible IE the 3 litre 24 V PRV engine which in itself makes this desirable but when you add this to the Diravi steering (this was only available on left hand drives of this model probably because they did not want us to have too much excitement) it makes it like an awesome CX to drive. Quite simply no other XM compares to one of these. there are now 3 of these in the U. K so very few of you will ever have experienced one of these. The best way I an describe it to drive is like a CX GTi Turbo with 32 extra brake horse and an awesome exhaust note (how I wish a Cx could sound like this). of course this does not have the turbo like the CX I mention but it has permanent power instead.
I imported it from Switzerland about 18 months ago and quite frankly have hidden it away as I really love it and do not mind if I keep it but duty says I have to offer it for sale (this is a huge drawback of being a car dealer but also a mega enthusiast and indeed Chairman of the CX. XM and Xantia Sections of the Citroen Car Club. In that time I have MOTd it twice going straight through both times. fitting a new clutch and having Pleiades do the spheres and pipes checked and changed as necessary. Incidentally the car is totally rust free. a benefit of a continental car.
The interior is in excellent order with no rips or tears present. you can see how impressive it is from the pictures.

The bodywork is most attractive in the Metallic Green. The condition of the bodywork is very good as can be seen in the pictures.
This is a very rare chance for any true Citroen enthusiast.
