Description

The very high build quality of the W 123 Series produced between 1976 and 1985 cemented the high reputation that Mercedes deserved at the time.

This example. a 280 CE Pillarless Coupe looks like the day it came out of the showroom and it should attain true classic status over the next few years and prove to be an excellent investment.

It has only had three owners from new since being registered in September 1985 and has covered a genuine 66434 miles.

It is highly specified with metallic Champagne Silver coachwork. factory electric sunroof with wind deflector. four electric windows. rear headrests. centre armrest. mexican hat alloy wheels. wood steering wheel and chrome wheel arch protectors. It even has its original analog Motorola car telephone between the seats and first aid kit in the rear parcel shelf.

The documentation file contains the original Service Book showing the stamped services that the car has undergone over the years. copies of previous documents showing the ownership history. a long series of previous MOT certificates and some original service invoices. The current MOT runs until November 2013.

If you are unsure of anything relating to condition. please phone to clarify. Buyers are deemed to have inspected and approved any vehicle they buy. Please remember that these vehicles are not new and that they have been subject to wear and tear. As such. they are offered for sale on a trade sale basis with no warranty.

Viewing

All vehicles are available for viewing by appointment during normal business hours (9 am-4. 30 pm Monday to Friday). Saturday and Sunday viewing by arrangement.

Payments

We can only accept bank tranfer. bankers draft or cash on collection as payment. If you intend to pay by bankers draft then we need to know the draft details and the issuing branch (with contact details) before collection of vehicle. No other forms of payment are accepted.

Delivery

Vehicles will only be delivered after full payment has been received.
