4. 5 v 8 engine runs extremely well with no Nasty noises and has mot certificates to back up the mileage there are no nasty warning lights and the car drives very well on of the bad things is that the ignition barrel can be a bit temperamental and sometimes it's quite hard to turn the key . The main reason I'm selling this is that I have too many projects and have just taken on a classic jag and have no space for the old Merc . The car comes with full service history and all the old books and also has an mot till October with no advisories . However the car will need a bit of work to get into mint condition hence the price . AThe paint is poor in some ares and beggining to flake so this will need to be looked at . The body is quite rusty the sills would propably need doing in the future moreover there are other areas of rust that need to be looked at . This car is sold as a resto project so will need a good amount of work however as good ones go for around . all the electrics work fine so does the power steering 15 k this should be a good investment . I'm happy to get more pictures of specific areas o the car . the floor pans seem fine the arches aren't too bad either. please call oscar on 1 as the key is temperamental in would recommend that you trailer the car although it is perfectly drivable it can be a real pain to turn the key i would recommend tr AILERING IT AS I CANT BE SURE IF THE KEY WILL TURN been told its a easy fix though any decent offer accepted as i need it gone asap
