Metro 6 R 4 for sale

Cars previous owners were Ian Donaldson who won the 1986 Ears Motoring News Tarmac Championship in it and John Mc Kerrel who campaigned the car for many years. I rallied the Metro and had some good results for 4 years.

The car has been used for the last 5 years on Slowly Sideways events and has been used at Top Gear Live

and Carfest

events.

The car had a comprehensive rebuild when I took ownership 12 years ago with the complete outer shell being replaced. the bulkheads and space frame chassis are original it is now registered as the donor of the shell MG Metro C plate. the JAZ plate has been transferred to my Daughter Jazzes car.

Engine 2. 5 short stroke 10. 50 RPM. international injection. dog box recently rebuilt with all new gears. big nosed diffs with heavy duty side casings. power steering with works rack and engine driven pump. bonnet with RS 200 lamp pod and Hella lamps 3 sets of 17”x 8” tarmac wheels Raceline and Compomotive

one set of 15” gravel Revolutions and a set of 15” x 9” Dymags. car is advertized elswhere and I reseve the right to un-list on Ebay.
