During his ownership the car was subject to a major overhaul and part restoration including some new panels, and a re spray. In recent years the car had new leather seat covers and foams, new carpets, hood, tyres all round, and bumpers., along with electronic ignition, rebuilt carburetors, new battery , new clutch, LCB exhaust, fully poly bushed and new dampers, etc etc. the wheels are painted wire wheels, recently refurbished. New black boot carpet set fitted. New oil and plugs and recent fuel pump. The car was featured on the covers of the MGOC and Midget and Sprite Club magazines. These are with the car .
