1999 ROVER MINI COOPER, 1340MPI, RARE MORELLO PURPLE COLOUR, EXCELLENT CONDITION

Hi I am selling my modified Rover mini cooper in rare Morello Purple. very few were made in this metallic colour and is a real head turner. It has a 1340 cc Morspeed modified engine. chrome wheels. grey leather interior. custom sound system plus many more mods. Full details of mini bellow. it has 6 months MOT and Tax left.

A bit of History about the car

I've owned the mini since 2002. the mini has won a variety of concourse/show n shine events when I used to attend the various mini shows back in 2003 to 2005. All trophies included in sale + scrapbook with clippings from magazines where the mini has been photographed.

The mini also featured in a documentary about the mini called “The Mini Story” DVD and VHS with model Mini also included in sale. From 2005 to 2009 I relaxed from the hard-core concourse events and attended shows with my local mini club on the club stand circuit. My 1 st daughter was born in 2009 and the mini scene took a back seat. the mini only came out on the nice days and spent its time in the garage. My intention was to start attending shows as she got older. but this hasn't happened and the arrival of my 2 nd daughter has made me realise that this will probably never happen now so I am sadly selling my beloved mini. I have booked into the show n shine event at the British Mini Club Himley Hall event on the 11 th of May. This will give you the chance if your going. to take a closer look at the mini. Colour:

Morello Purple with old English white roof and John cooper signed white bonnet stripes. (this is the original colour. Morello purple is considered a very rare colour on the minis as they were a limited number of them made).

Morspeed track-day Conversion:

MPI engine bored to 1340 cc (previously 1275 cc). Powermax pistons. race spec crank. Swiftune SW 5-07 i camshaft and Vernier. Morspeed concept Stage 5 rally/race cylinder head. 1. 5 Titan roller Rockers. 52 mm alloy throttle body. adjustable fuel pressure valve. K&N air & crankcase filters. Oil cooler with sandwich plate oil stat. Enlarged and gas flowed inlet manifold. Maniflow Stage 2 LCB exhaust. Miglia back box. CAT removal pipe (catalytic converter also included in sale for MOTs. may already be fitted but easily removed and cat removal pipe can be inserted) .
