1975 mk1 escort 4 door.

 For sale is my mk1 escort. origanally a 1100. I was using this everyday and never failed to put a grin on my face. Ive owned this for the last 5 years. it was last on the road in 2010. for its age its in  very good condition. over the last year the car has been lightly restored. the body has been welded up where needed and is solid. ive gone through the rest of the parts. elacing alot of bits as listed. /p>

. re hung fuel line and relaced hoses

. wheel cylinders

. n/s brake caliper and pads

. carb float needle jets

. choke cable

. both front flexible hoses

probly more that ive missed or fogot.

 its running a 1700 x/flow with a big valve head and twin 40 dellorto. . h &h ignition with gp A coil. duplex timing chain. win valve springs. facet elctric fuel pump with filter king regulator.  and alot more. oo much too list . been rolling roaded at 120bhp but do not have the print out. will need setting up again as this was done 4 yrs ago.

4 speed gearbox . ingle piece prop. standard axle 3. 9. 1 diff

lowered 2" decambered single leaf springs 

5. 5j 4 spoke alloys

bodywork is  good.   slight bubbling to wings and a dent on the roof . ge related marks

interour is good. headlining has a tear. but other wise standard with rev counter. thatcham approved immobilizer fitted

hi ben is the escort good to drive from UK to Malta or do I need A trailer as you know it needs a bit of good work in the exterior on the outside not that bad I am not trying to be funny but I will give you 3000euros cash I will send you 100euros deposit just keep it for me until I will sort it out how I will pick it up.
