Original 1961 Morris Minor Convertible (Tax exempt) Original factory convertible. fully restored to a very high standard. finished in 2016. The shell was completely stripped of every nut and bolt. then any rust areas were made good with new panels - many hand crafted to replicate exact factory pressings. Solid coat in original BMC Old English White The 803cc engine was fully stripped and re-furbished. Many parts were changed. Dynamo has been refurbished with new bushes. Painted in original BMC Green The suspension and running gear was fully stripped; shot blasted. all serviceable parts replaced. new Polly bushes. and re-assembled once everything was painted in gloss. The underside of the entire car has been painted in black and a coat of Tetroseal Underbody Sealant. Wax has been sprayed into all compartments. Fuel pipe and pump is all new. New wiring loom. New battery. Brakes have all new pipes. braided stainless-steel hoses. cylinders. shoes and drums. Converted to disc brakes at the front. All rubbers on the car have been replaced. New bumpers. New head lights. The interior is in red. original seats in very good condition. New carpets in black. New shelf. Door cards have been recovered in red. The hood frame and black hood is original. in very good condition. Everything on this car been restored where possible and where not possible it has been replaced with new. MOT until April 2017.
