Triumph Italia
Model Italia Triumph sports car of the British company Triumph Motor, published in 1959-1962 years. For all the time it was collected 229 cars Italia Triumph. The machine was produced by the type of the body "compartment". In spite of the fact that the Triumph Italia was constructed in England, production took place in Turin from here and the name of the model.
The machine was equipped with the 4-cilindovym a two-liter engine. Interestingly, automatic transmission was designed unusual for that time as follows: switch some Overdrive directly over the transmission, which protected them from overloading of the vehicle at great speeds and sharp turns.
The initial model Italia Triumph was partially made of aluminium, however, the final draft was entirely made of steel. It was planned to manufacture 1000 sports cars for export to all countries, however, the verbal agreement suddenly cancelled, with the result that the car did not really "saw the light".
