This lovely Cooper S Mk3 is in original specification having had a total restoration in the late 1990's and has covered very little mileage since. There are many photos of the restoration that accompany the history file on the car. as well as the all-important heritage certificate. It's worth remembering that there were only 1570 MK3 Cooper S's built between March 1970 and June of 1971. and this is one of the few unmolested examples in superb condition. Autographed by Paddy Hopkirk and Sir Michael Edwardes. the former commemorating the glorious rallying days of the Cooper S and the latter the well-famed Chairman of British Leyland. With the rise in interest of the more common early models. the rarer Mk 3 Cooper S is likely to overtake them in apprecaing values. Act now before you regret it!
