After several years of ownership, he gifted the car to his brother-in-law, who later on in life decided to sell the car to a local collector. If only this car could talk! We can't imagine the stories it could tell. The Vette is a Limited Edition, and the twin to a pace car in 1978. It retains it's original paint and interior as well. This is what we would call a survivor. The Pace Car silver interior is in driver condition, showing minor wear from use. The black paint shines well, with minor imperfections as well. Overall, the car is an excellent survivor condition with a story of it's own. Let's dive into the details of this fine machine.

THE WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. THE TOTAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID WITHIN THE AGREED TIME THAT BUYER AND SELLER AGREED TO AT THE INITIAL CONTACT.

SHIPPING TERMS

After many years dealing with transporters, we have compiled a list of preferred shippers that will take care of your car from our lot to your front door. You can find these preferred carriers on our website under the "Shipping" tab or just give us a call and we will point you in the right direction.

Fees and Taxes

A $250 DOCUMENTATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL PURCHASES.

Ohio residents will pay all Ohio sales taxes, title and registration fees in accordance with their county of vehicle registration.

Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration.

The following states are "reciprocating states" and Cruisin Classics is obligated by law to collect taxes and forward to the department of taxation on behalf of the buyer.

Ohio residents pay tax rate in their county of residence.

Arizona 5.6%

California 7.5%

Florida 6.0%

Indiana 7.0%

Massachusetts 6.25%

Michigan 6.00%

South Carolina 5.00% OR $500. Tax Cap.

You are not double taxed on your purchase. The chart above outlines which states require Ohio dealers to collect taxes. Your local tax is charged only once, not twice. If the tax we charge is less than your local tax, you will only be obligated to pay the difference in your home state. Feel free to contact us if you are confused in any way by the new tax laws.
