This sleek. striking vehicle embodies the original Jaguar vision flawlessly. As an early model. it boasts alloy dash and centre console panels. leather bucket seats. a highly-desirable Moss gearbox and the original Jaguar dark opalescent green exterior arguably one of the most sought after E Type models.

Having done only 289 miles since receiving a scrupulous and timely nut and bolt restoration. the vehicle is in impeccable condition. Notably. the engine and gearbox were reconstructed by respected engineer. Dick Bradley.

The vehicle has undergone several significant upgrades to enhance the drivability whilst retaining its vintage charm:

Brake System: enhanced piston callipers on front and rear of the vehicle.

Wheels: original narrow wheels have been replaced with new six inch chrome wire wheels to improve handling.

Exhaust: exhaust system has been upgraded to a supreme polished stainless steel twin triple tubular downpipe. twin collector and silencer.

Cooling System: the addition of a state-of-the-art Revotec fan and control system complete with alloy radiator vastly improves the cooling mechanism.

Shock Absorbers: All six shock absorbers have been upgraded with new units. easily adjustable for compression and rebound an invaluable enhancement if touring fully loaded. or on an occasional foray on a circuit or hill climb.

Spellbound Cars has recently completed the body restoration. repaint and retrim including a new mohair softtop.

The car comes supplied with four photo albums documenting the history and complete restoration process.
