1997 'P' Rover MINI Cooper 1.3i in Flame Red - Restored! for sale

Hello and welcome to my listing for:

 A genuine 1997 ‘P' Registration Rover Mini Cooper 

 The mini is finished in Flame Red with a white roof and white stripes on the bonnet with contrasting half leather interior with beige inserts and the classic wooden dash.

 This Mini started life out in England being registered on the 20th February 1997. where it had 2 owners up until 2005 when it was exported to Dublin in Ireland. where it spent 8 years. being bought back to England in late 2013.

 Being built and registered in 1997 this Mini is the MKVII from the last production years of the original Mini.

 Whilst in Ireland it has undergone an extensive restoration including the whole vehicle being stripped down. the body being resprayed in the stunning flame red with a white roof. the body work is in exceptional condition. Underneath the body has been waxoyled. therefore there is no rust anywhere on the vehicle. All the chrome work has been redone and is nice and shiny the wheel arches are also finished in chrome. The interior is original which has been cleaned up. with a little wear on the driver seat bolster. gear knob and steering wheel and there are a couple of marks on the wooden dash. these are the only issues with the vehicle. The car is finished off with the classic minilite alloy wheels.

 In addition to this it has had a recent new exhaust. battery. the engine has been serviced and benefits from recent front brake pads also and the gearbox seals have been replaced.

 The engine is the 1275cc injection with front mounted radiator. as I stated it benefits from a recent service and the engine runs. pulls and sounds well with no issues and the vehicle itself drives really nice.

 There are various documents with the car which would suggest the mileage is genuine.

 The car is taxed until the end of April 2014 and it is MOT'd until the 13th of November2014.

 All in all this is a very nice Mini that has been well cared for. drives really well and looks stunning!
