Mercedes Benz 107 Series 420 SL Convertible - Signal Red

Rare Genuine Original with 64. 00 miles and MB Service History.

The car was imported from Jersey in January 2005 and had only one owner for eighteen years and has been garaged from new. The paintwork is therefore in excellent condition. as is the integrity of the bodywork. The wheel arches. wings. valances and any other likely areas are all rust free. I have the original Jersey number plates.

It was serviced regularly by a Mercedes main dealer and such is recorded and stamped in the service book. Mercedes fitted a new black soft-top during that time and so the plastic windows in the hood have no yellowing or cracking whatsoever. The hardtop is flawless not a mark on the paintwork. or the headliner.

The interior is cream with cream vinyl and light tan dog-tooth detail and has factory fitted rear seats. The upholstery is superb. There are very few marks on the paintwork however it has some paint chips around the hole for the hard/soft top retaining peg that are covered by the hood and hardtop. All have been touched-in as soon as noticed and other than these tiny blemishes. the paintwork is excellent for a twenty seven year old motorcar.
