Seller's notes: Herbie VW Beetle. Dry stored during ownership. Exterior restored last year. Loads of receipts from the past twenty years. Ive used Herbie for the odd weddings and made £350-£500 per wedding so a good business opportunity. Good runner and only used in dry weather. No rust due to the refurbishment last year( Receipt and photos to prove) Turns a lot of heads and really positive comments from the public. Only selling as I need money to move house... Tax free and low insurance. Refurbished interior by previous owner. 1300 engine. Please note this is a 43 year old car which is in good condition.

Welcome to 1971. 1300 Herbie Classic VW Beetle. £1000's spend over the years on this car. There are plenty of receipts that confirm the worked carried out. Professionally exterior refurbished last year. thus no rust to the exterior. Passed MOT last year without any issues. During my ownership. the car has been stored in a closed garage and only used during dry and sunny weather. Interior was replaced prior to my ownership. No tax to pay and used last summer daily. My insurers have received photos of the car. internal and external. plus receipts in order to correctly value the car. Its currently valued at £8000. I will be very sad to see Herbie go but need cash for house sale. Full working radio and cd and connection for iPhone/iPod too. Car is 43 years old and still going strong. Happy for bidders to view Herbie prior to ending the sale. If you wish to drive the Herbie. please bring with you a cover note. Im happy to go out in Herbie with you on a test drive. During Wedding season. Ive earned £300-£500 for two-four hours driving the Groom or/and Bride to their the Church and/or reception. Good money earner. Winning bidder needs to pay a deposit of £200 by Paypal and collect the car within seven working days. The deposit is non refundable.
