Up for auction is a very cool unrestored 1927 Essex Coach I have done some rust repair. replaced some of the rotten timbers and replaced the canvas roof over the last 12 months. other than that the Car is in original drivable condition. Brakes are a bit dodgy and require some work. Six cylinder Engine and Three speed gearbox seem fine. A simple Timber platform would need to be fabricated for under the rear seat. petrol tank will probably need removing and cleaning out and the old wiring would need replacing. The car has some of its original interior although the seats need re covering. The Gauges and switches on the dash all seem to work and are in great condition for their age. Electric and crank handle start model. Unusual rare model with 21" wooden wheels. Im told it was probably manufactured at Hudsons Canadian factory?? Car is currently on several websites so I reserve the right to remove this listing. I will accept cash on pick up or bank depost.
