Up for auction is a beautiful 1964 Cadillac Coupe De Ville.

Item specifics follow. but here is a brief history on the car.

It has 59. 00 original miles.

It is a California car that was originally purchased by two sisters in the San Francisco Bay Area and garaged there for more than 35 years of its life.

The sisters ultimately sold the car to a fire fighter from the Bay Area who in turn sold it to a gentleman in the Sacramento Valley who then sold it to me.

I'm selling the car only because I am in the process of doing a thorough resto rod project on a 1965 Cadillac Coupe De Ville convertible. The '64 Coupe De Ville and a '64 Chevy Impala SS. which is also listed on ebay. both must go so I can finish the '65 convertible.

I've driven this car from San Francisco to Los Angeles and back and it was a dream to drive and got an incredible 21 miles per gallon on Highway 99.

Since purchasing the car. this is what has been done: Complete restoration of the interior in original Cadillac light tan. including headliner and trunk liner Installation of correct 1964 four-way safety flasher Installation of 1964 El Dorado bucket seats All power windows and power seats are in full and complete working condition All window trim has been re-chromed All interior door panel trim has been re-chromed New exterior mirror installed Converted transmission from a three-speed power glide to a updated 2004 R four speed automatic over drive transmission New radiator New Optima battery Extended gas filler neck (it's hidden under the rear license plate) so it is easy to fill up with the current generation of environmentally friendly gas pump nozzels Installed JVC Navigation. XM/Sirius. AM-FM unit Installed power door locks Installed power trunk lock All gauges are working accurately. including recently installed NOS clock and rebuilt gas gauge New gas tank float sending unit installed New B. F.
