Most of us. Skyline lovers have eagerly anticipated 2014. when 1989 skylines are expected to be exempted from comply with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) & Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) regulations in the States. I bought my 1989 skyline GTR 32 (BNR 32) in 2006 when I first got posted to be stationed in Seoul. Since then a mild tune yet precise & careful tuning has been added to Godzila.
