I bought it in 2011 and brought it to Florida and put a new paint job on it because the original paint was not perfect.

Taxes and Registration fees: Under the Laws of Florida we must collect part of the taxes of your state in the State of Florida in term you will receive an exemption for that amount in your own state of registration.

If Vehicle is shipped out of Florida then the Taxes are exempt.

Out of state buyers are responsible for all or the remaining portion of the state. county. city taxes and fees. as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in.

All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered in the State of Florida.

Title Information:

There is a $198. 50 administration fee that will be added to the final price of the auction.

This will cover the cost applying and sending the title to the new buyer.

If the Buyer has a car loan from a Financial Institute or Bank. then titles to vehicles may be held by these banks or lenders as collateral for loans.

If payment is made by cashier's checks we will hold all titles until all funds have cleared.

Shipping & Delivery:

We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our location.

We are not affiliated with any of the carriers or shippers.

Finalizing your Purchase:

We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

Successful high bidder MUST contact us by phone at

within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction.

If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days. we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

Non compliant bidders will be legally responsible for the monetary damages incurred by such action.

In order to secure bid on a vehicle successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by bank certified funds or wire transfer.

Within 72 hours of bid closing. Buyer must send the remaining balance of funds by wire transfer. or bank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit. Buyer MUST fax copy of their State

issued valid Driver License and a copy of an insurance policy or insurance card.

Furthermore. before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer. all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

The terms of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to any conflict of laws or provisions thereof that might indicate the applicability of laws of any other jurisdiction.

The venue for all legal proceedings shall be in Duval County. Florida.
