This car has been meticulously maintained and owned by the same family (father and son) for the past 38 years.

It is a phenomenal driver with new paint done in the late 1980's (work not shown in receipts below).

The motor has been rebuilt (also not shown in receipts below) at the same time.

There are less than 4. 00 miles on the car since repaint and engine rebuild.

Significant and major maintenance always performed. by the best tradesmen in the hobby. with no expense spared.

This car is ready now. with complete fluids changed. to drive from the East Coast to the West Coast.

This vehicle was originally a non-overdrive car with the side-shift transmission.

It has a professionally installed. and totally rebuilt. BJ 8 transmission and overdrive.

The non-overdrive rear-end is in the car so with that gearing + the overdrive this vehicle cruises very competently at modern high speeds.

The original side-shift transmission is included. in the auction. in a high quality custom crate.

Also included in the auction are tonneau cover. soft top. and car cover.

It's hard to sell this car. it has memories and good times attached to it that will never be forgotten. and it has been cared for like a true family heirloom.
