For your consideration is a beautiful 1981 GMC C15/C10 half ton pick up truck. a 350 V8 with a 350 Turbo Automatic Transmission. and a 12 bolt rear with 3. 31 gears. Just enough horsepower to smoke the tires. yet tame enough to keep money in your pocket at the gas pump. Equipped with power steering. power brakes. and air condition. makes this truck an absolute pleasure to drive or show. Planted to the pavement with new 22” Low Profile Torque Thrust style wheels and tires. the look this GMC has cruising down the road is just awesome! All of the gauges and lights are working and operational. A new Pioneer AM/FM/CD/AUX Jack head unit has been installed with new speakers. Hook in your ipod or smart phone. and listen to your favorite stored music. Pandora. or the satellite radio of choice.

The truck was restored about 2 years ago here in Florida. The paint looks like it should be on a Barrett Jackson car. The base coat/clear coat paint just looks great at any angle. The bottom finish is a pearl white Cadillac Escalade color. The top is finished in a Corvette Blue paint. unsure to the exact year. The Silver stripe has a metallic look. and is painted. No decals or graphics on the truck at all! As far as the frame and undercarriage. the body was off during the restoration. So the underside is extremely clean and painted. which shows great. No rust. bubbles. spot panels of any kind. From visual inspection. the frame appears straight and accident free. The odometer shows 83. 20. I cannot confirm this is actual mileage as the title shows exempt. That is common for a mileage exemption on a title for a classic vehicle.

Take note to the nice features and finishing touches on the truck. The interior was completed in a custom gray tweed finish. including a matching headliner and carpet. all new weather strips. Billet steering wheel. door panel. and dash accents. Other new features include a new Pioneer stereo and speakers. shocks. front power disc brakes. Flowmaster exhaust with chrome tips. front and rear bumpers. chrome front grill. and a Rhino Lined rear bed. I was told the engine and trans were rebuilt a few years ago out of a similar style truck. I cannot confirm this as I have no documentation other than my conversation with the previous owner. However. I have clocked a few hundred miles on the truck in the last month. It starts right up with one pump of the gas. Does not smoke at first start. or when it warms up. Runs very well. at high RPM's or in traffic. no matter the outdoor temperature. It has a comfortable ride. straight down the road with no shimmy. shake. or vibrations. It has a nice rumble. but not overbearing to where you can carry a conversation on the inside. AC blows nice and cold for those warm summer days! Glass is clear and free of any scratches or cracks.
