1965 Porsche 911 Coupe Chassis No. 300650 – Very Early 911! for sale
Current customer rating:
Up for auction is an ultra-rare first year 911 coupe and reportedly the 650 th Porsche 911 car built (i. e. . chassis number of this Porsche 911 is 300650). Incase you did not know. the Porsche 911 car production started in September of 1964 and arrived to the U. S. in early 1965.
As you can tell by looking at the pictures. the car's body has been updated and does not have the original engine or transmission. However. included with the car is what I believe to be a 1971 911 E engine and transmission (please see pictures). Engine number is 6210484.
The car is solid. but does have some rust in the floors and rocker panels. A complete restoration (or reassembly) of this 911 is worth the time and expense considering that these early 911 s are becoming highly sought after and collectible. Fully restored early 911 cars are selling at over $250. 00.
The car has a clear California title and is being sold in “as is” condition with no warranties or guaranties. Final payment is due via bank check or bank wire transfer within 3 days of auction ending. Transportation is and will be the responsibility of the winning bidder/buyer. however. I will assist.
Also. if you would prefer to discuss the car over the telephone please give me a call ) and I will be glad to answer any questions that you might have. Reasonable offers will be considered prior to the end of the auction. Thank you and do not miss this rare opportunity!
