Reliant Regal MK 2 1955 Drophead coupe

Reliant Regal MK 2 1955 Drophead coupe. I have only ever seen another one and that's at Beaulieu Museum. I originally owned this car in 2007 exchange t for another classicwith a friend in 2008 sadly she passed away last year so I bought itfrom her husband . I suppose it was my intention to rebuild it andkeep it. the rebuild has just been completed . but keeping it is adream that will have to be broken apart from too many classics I needurgent funds for house repairs. so its now for sale The rebuild Chassis completely stripped blasted 2 small repairs needed then zincprimed and painted with special chassis black. the cassis was theninjected with Dynax rust protection . Engine head removed all new gaskets including sump. new timing chains. ew distributor . coil . plugs. points fan belt and much more. earboxchecked and inspected. rear axle stripped cleaned and reassembled . Suspension all cleaned springs. radius arm bushes New brakes including front and rear wheel cylinders . aster cylinderhoses etc. New complete full exhaust . new headlamps side lamps rearlamps number plate light. ebuilt trafficators . all new wiring. oorhandles plus much more. Bodywork All new thick gauge plywood floors . all old paintworkremoved approx 80 hours filling and preparing aluminium body for prime 3 coats of primer finished with 2 coats of Old English White. Interior Hood frames stripped and painted Matt Black. new carpets . ashboard panel remade dash top recovered new door cards all seatsretrimmed I am sure there is much more I have missed A very rare car please note this is not fibreglass but early aluminium . Now for the legal stuff cash on collection or cheque allow 5 daysclearance you bid to buy not to waste my time has selling this alreadybreaks my heart.
Please note: I still have precession of the V 5 C in the previous owner name. My name is listed as one of the owners but have just realized that I have not sent the V 5 C to DVLA for the change of owner ship but the car is owned by me.

Also you will see in photo starter switch needs fitting I have just purchased new one and will fit for buyer. nother small detail the wiper motor needs attention or replacing a job that the new owner will need to attend to. owever just a small detail
