This kit is built on a 1968 big block four-speed Corvette chassis; It was purpose-built for vintage racing up in Northern California.   You simply don't find big block four-speeds all that often in this kit: most of these kits are built on an 80's Corvette chassis that gets you an anemic 350 and a mushy automatic. This car is ridiculously fast. and impressively agile. The power to weight ratio in this car is amazing.

Authentic Carello lenses on the front corner lights and the tail lights. These are big bucks if you can find them.

The person who had this motor built estimates the horsepower to be around 550. Only 1000 miles on the clock!

If you keep it in California. this beast is smog-exempt.

If you purchased this kit complete from Rowley Corvette. it would run you $69. 00.

Runs and drives! This car is truly amazing. and could be a handful for an inexperienced driver. I've got too many toys at the moment. so I've got to let this one go.

I erred and made a typo. but cannot change the listing now that there are bidders. Sorry! It is 1500 miles. not 1000.

I also want to clarify that this is not. to my knowledge. a Rowley kit. My best guess is that it is a California Custom Coach kit. and that is only because the car was built in California. It has no distinguishing markings; I cannot tell for sure who manufactured the kit.
