Ok guys. this is the 2 nd time I have listed this car for sale and "no". there is no buy it now price. an "no". there is no reserve price. and "no" the the car has never been hit and "yes" the car appears to have been repainted.

I am sure there are many other questions that I have not yet answered but here we go with the basic details.

The car is a 1960 Austin Healey 3000 Mk I ser #BH 8 N 7 L 50** with front disc brakes and no jump seat.

The car was last inspected in 1983 and parked in a barn up until the end of 2013.

The cylinder head was removed probably to replace the head gasket and was never finished or stored properly in that the motor is now frozen.

All the parts are with the car with the exception of the side curtains which I have yet to locate.

According to the previous owner they are "somewhere" in the barn and I have not had the time to complete my search.

For all practical purposes. there is no rust. The orig. rugs and sound deadener were in the car and I have removed them and found nothing but solid metal.

I have cleaned the car a little more to determine if there is any rust otherwise the pictures reflect an "as found" vehicle.

The frame is very solid and there are a few extra parts.

Questions answered promptly and additional pics upon request. I am currently in Fla. but the car is in Pennsylvania.

I will be back to Pennsylvania by the 7 th of March. Thank you in advance for your interest.

On Feb-25-14 at 07:07:37 PST. seller added the following information:

I have had several inquiries as to the "no rust"disclaimer particularly in the frame and frame extension areas. It would appear from 2 of the pictures that the area is rusty.

It is. but surface rust only.

I will try to alleviate your fears with better pictures of the area and possibly cleaned down to the shiny stuff.

I have located no weak areas with a pick or probe.
