MK1 Volkswagen Golf 1983. 2. 0 16v ABF Engine 190bhp. Sounds unbelievable and goes well!
HERE GOES. Fully rebuilt top end and bottom end. Lightened and balanced crank. rods. pistons. flywheel etc. upgraded valve springs. black diamond uprated clutch and bearing. reconditioned gearbox. Recon shell 4 years ago. Newman high lift camshafts & adjustable vernier pulley. remapped. all set up on the dyno by TSR Performance in Somerset. K&N 57i kit. TSR Performance gear linkage set up and new bush's and selectors. full red leather interior. Spax front and rear adjustable suspension. full straight through Milltek stainless exhaust system. gas flowed cylinder head. ported and polished inlet manifold and throttle body. New starter motor. water pump. radiator. timing belt and aux belt. chrome trim and grill trim. new crystal head lights and bulbs with upgraded wiring loom. Will come with xenon light kit which just needs fitting (brand new in box) Has ABF alternator as is more reliable. New battery. every gasket and seal is new. just been serviced including new HT leads and plugs. Samco hoses. strut braces. CD player. Black BBS Style Alloys with good tyres. also have originalP slots with brand new tyres. rear disc conversion. new EBC drillers and grooves front and rear discs with green stuff pads. new rear brake callipers new hand brake cables with 16v master cylinder and servo. Idles rough as a dog because of the massive cams (will come with original cams if you want this as a daily) just got 12 Months MOT. In fact the list is endless and my fingers hurt now so feel free to message me. Can tax at buyers expense. Original shell was involved on a very minor ding so unfortunately has a cat D. It only had a dented wing and door which have both been replaced and resprayed. Must have spent over £10. 00+ on this car over the years. may px

Hi there, I'm about to buy this car from the guy you sold it to. I want to use it as my daily drive but notice the comments you have put about the idle speed. As it stands is it drivable as don't want to change it as love what you have done. P's bringing it back to Yorkshire!
Also do you have a link to a BuildingRegs thread at all. Hope you can help and many thanks. Sean.
