1960 VW   #53 Herbie Love Bug. Show Car. Like new


This 1960 VW Love Bug has been Beautifully restored and is like new.   It underwent a body off restoration and is completely redone.   This is a Las Vegas since new and no rust issues were detected through the restoration.


The pan. top and bottom and gas tank have been powder coat painted. All body panes have been repainted inside and out.


The interior is new including headliner. pull back fabric sunroof. seats. carpeting and door panels.   The car does not have a radio per it's original factory configuration.   Windshield is new all other glass is original and in excellent condition.


Engine is a new Scat Turn Key. Chrome plaited with duel carburetors. Bosch ignition and duel exhaust.   The car has been converted from  6 to 12 volt and has a Gene Berg shifter assembly.   All bushings have been replaced.


This car is showroom condition. as a matter of fact it was sitting on the showroom of the largest Harley Davidson dealership in Las Vegas for many months.


The speedometer was reset to 00. 00 at time of restoration and now has less then 150 miles on it.

This car is ready for a Hollywood. parade or any car show.
