1973 VW Thing with a brand new 1600 CC dual port engine. (this is not a rebuilt engine but a surplus VW BUG Engine from the Mexican factory) 
lt is one of the last surplus engines VW built in Mexico. Engine tin has been powder coated in orange. Less the 600 miles on vehicle. Painted in a Tiger Theme. Seen in the Thanksgiving Parade for El Paso High School.   PERFECT FOR THAT UNIVERSITY OR HIGH SCHOOL THAT HAS A TIGER MASCOT. NEW FABRIC TOP AND ROLL BAR.
