Very rare opportunity to own this one of a kind multi award winning bug. Words cant describe how stunning this car really is. truly built to perfection by myself. I have a classic car restoration company and have restored many cars over the years to extremely high standard. I specialise in and am passionate about Volkswagens and the VW scene.
1965 Deluxe Beetle which has undertaken a full body off pan restoration. with all nuts and bolts having been replaced with stainless steel. The bug was chosen to be displayed at Volksworld show March 2012. just after completion of restoration. It was also displayed at Bug Jam 2012 where it won Best Resto Cal. It also won Best of Show and three class awards at Apex Festival 2012. It won Best Cal Look at Battles Bridge VW show 2012. The bug was featured in a seven page spread of Ultra VW magazine.
I keep the car dry stored in a garage and it has only covered 800 miles in fine weather since restored. It has an Insurance agreed value of £23k.
In short. the exterior of the car is painted in Rizla Blue. which is in immaculate condition. It has OG tail rail chrome bumpers. stainless steel side mouldings with swan neck mirrors. US spec headlights. German quality running boards. German quality window rubber sills with deluxe metal inserts. It has a Vintage Speed roof rack. It has a lot more to list. could go on forever. The wheels are genuine VW steels. 4J upfront and banded 6J at the rear. with white wall tyres. The interior is TMI OE classic seat covers and door cards. in tan and cream piping. which were made in California. TMI headlining. Newton commercial carpet and underlay. The Engine is a 1600 twin-port. very reliable.
Thousands has been spend on this bug. and I have lots of bills. receipts and paperwork to go with the car.  Taxed (Free) and MOT'd.
