1965 Volkswagen Beetle

Available for sale is an original California 1965 Beetle with clean title and black plates! The Bug has just been refreshed with a cosmetic restoration and service.
Unmodified and very original. this Bug is a great city cruiser that gets lots of attention!

The Bug was owned by a single owner most of its life. It remained unmodified or restored until the owner past away. After a few years in storage. the Bug was brought out and refreshed.
The Beetle has been recently repainted and reupholstered. The paint was done a few months back. in original Bahama blue. and is a single stage paint in decent quality.
 The chrome shows well and all the trim is in tact. A brand new roof rack has just been installed. The rear and side windows have new weather stripping.
The interior has been refreshed with complete new headliner. new painted dash. refinished seats and door panels. new carpet and new sun-visors. Original uncut dash. no stereo installed. Trunk has been carpentered and has a spare tire with original jack and tools.
Mechanically the Beetle is sound with a strong original engine and trans. The 1300 engine has been rebuilt a few years back. and runs strong to this day. It has been converted to 12V system. Reliable for daily use. the Beetle fires right up and performs as it should. The clutch is good. and the shifts smoothly with a classic trigger shifter.   The brakes have been just serviced with new pads. springs. master cylinder. brake lines. brake system flush and new emergency brake cable. In addition. nbsp; a new generator was also installed.

An Iconic German classic. this Beetle is ready to cruise!
