classic vw beetle 1966 STUNNING

Hello and welcome to my auction of my much loved 1966 vw beetle

Before I start I just wont to say please do not bid if do not intend on following through with bid. no tyre kickers or silly offers as this is a genuine classic car. I am sorry if this has offended anyone but I am sure you can understand how annoying it is when some wins and then never contacts you.

Now lets get to my vw beetle

I will have 12 months MOT put on for new owner

Interior is immaculate condition with tartan red seats and door cars with cream piping. sunroof in matching material. Also in the interior are two hidden speakers and an aux cable for music.

Pictures speak for themselves. excellent example of its era.

Very low millage for age 81733 genuine with 25 MOTS and all the paperwork to prove this.

In 2011 the engine had a complete rebuild with all receipts of work list as follows

·      Engine bored out to 1641cc

·      New main bearings

·      New cam belt

·      New barrels and pistons

·      New cylinder heads with alloy covers

·      Oil breather system

·      Twin ict webber carbs

·      Stainless steel exhaust system

As you can see a lot of money has been spent on the engine and you can tell when driving it runs like a modern car with the classic car characteristics. I have no problem in saying you could use this car every day for commuting and have no problems.

Exterior is in very good condition

Full respray in the last few years. nice chrome bumpers with no rust on.

Beetle is lowered front and back with a new adjustable front beam in 2011. It has fuches wheels in good condition but could possibly do with re polishing on lips. Tyres are great all round.

I have receipts for thousands of pounds spent on the car in the last 5 years. Bundles of paperwork to go with car including 1966 original service book STAMPED FULL. The reason for sale is funds are needed to carry on the restoration of my split screen camper.
