1963 Sunbeam Alpine Series 3 GT Project Car

Sale price: $710.00 make an offer

Seller's notes: "We have owned this Sunbeam Alpine for many years and it is truly a case of running when parked. After getting it back from the mechanic I noticed some rust in the lower rear fender and what started as a quick fix had me pulling the entire car apart and it is as you see it in the pictures. I have all of the parts - the glass is all good - the seats were redone - the gas tanks were redone - the car has a hardtop and even though the GT didn't come with a convertible top, we purchased the frame. We added new adjustable SPAX shocks and new Yokohama tires to the car and spent a lot of money on it before disassembling it. There is perforating rust, but much of it seems surface only. The car has been stored outside for the last year under a cover under the car port. I was told by my mechanic that the car has a 1725CC engine and not the 1600."

NO RESERVE - WE STARTED RESTORING THIS CAR AND THEN BOUGHT A SUNBEAM TIGER - ALL PARTS ARE INCLUDED THIS IS NOT A SHELL
I'd hate to see this car parted out and would like to see it go to someone who will restore it. Many new parts. All of the parts taken off are stored in boxes in our shed. Engine did not turn over so the head was removed and kroil poured in the cylinders to free the engine - have not tried to turn over since. Please ask all questions. If requested I can go to the storage and take pictures of the windshield. seats. gas tanks. doors. trunk lid and all of the parts removed.
My son and I have too many projects so we are listing this car an MG MGB and a 1961 Lancia Flavia.
