Current customer rating:
Only 455 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 Limos were built in this model range of 1966 -- 1970. If you don't like attention or people prying around your car for a glimpse of awesomeness. this car isn't for you. It's a plus sized land yacht weighing in at 5. 80 lbs and stretching over 20 feet. Don't let the Devil hood ornament or functional side pipes fool you. this car is 98% original and unmolested. It can continue its life as a "Rat Rod" or be restored to its factory luster.
If you have the pocket for a car that averages 13 mpg. you could hop in right now and drive yourself and 8 friends cross-country.
It was painted silver from the factory and had a canvas top. which has been removed and the trim mounting holes have been filled. Myself and the previous owner have kept it out of the elements in a garage for the past several years. It appears to have been garage kept for a good portion of its life.
Engine:
Original Cadillac Big Block V-8 472 ci 375 hp and 525 ft/lbs tq
Doesn't smoke or use oil
Recent maintenance:
o Oil and filter change
o New starter
o New battery
Transmission: TH 400
o Freshly rebuilt to factory specs by a Park's Transmissions (a local reputable shop among drag racers and hot rodders) Receipt and warranty provided with purchase.
The hubcaps and white walls are period correct for a '57 Caddy
Interior is 100% original and unmolested
o Nifty factory features: Vacuum operated trunk release (operational)
Vacuum actuated e-brake release when transmission is placed in gear (operational)
Automatic Dual-Zone Heating and AC (AC is inop due to hole in condenser line)
Automatic optical high beam dimmer (operational)
Cruise control (Inop)
Front power bench seat (operational)
Rear controlable (volume and automatic station scan)
AM radio (operational)
Original bias-ply spare wheel
Original Cadillac trunk mat
The only notable issues are:
-Rattle can flat black paint
- small rust hole in the trunk
-Rear windows are intermittent depending on which switch is being used (3 different positions have switches to operate rear windows).
-Fender skirts for the rear wheels have seen better days I'm in the process of taking interior and trunk pics
