1968 gmc 2500 3/4 ton custom camper 327/400 PS,PB ORIGINAL

OK !!! This IS a cool truck and everyone stares at it. Trust me. Solid . functional . classic. with alot of funk and karma and history and yes . some miles too. BUT . I have taken care of it . and invested what was needed as required. The truck has the stock 327 which i ran the ID number on . and it runs very strong . no knocks . uses some oil . but not that bad. Turbo 400 AT is bulletproof. Powerful truck !!!  Truck has chrome AM radio . factory chrome trim package and undercoating . and i added a 12. 00 pound bolted-on hidden receiver tow hitch. Custom Camper edition . which means heavy-duty suspension front and rear. I love this rig. but after 30 years of owning atleast 15 of these GM classics . I no longer want to buy the fuel !!! There is zero bondo . NO bad rust except a few outer rocker holes (quarter size or smaller).  and some minor inner rocker panel rust that is pretty limited and not worth fixing unless you are restoring the entire truck body. The wood bed is all there and with just a few small holes and covered with plywood now. The Kargomaster racks are included ( now $800 new. ). Here is a list of what i have done . in no order time-wise. *** Motor mounts . major exhaust repair on left-bank manifold area . replaced brake vacuum booster and reservoir. HD radiator. water pump . fuel pump . premium napa battery. edelbrock 600cfm carb w/. manual choke. constant tune-ups (still has ignition points). oil and air filters (still has canister oil-type filter). front kyb shocks .  very recent timing chain and gears (double roller) . replaced the rear end as a bearing went out and I found an identical unit in salvage yard (have put on 8. 00 miles since with no problems) . nbsp;New usa-made rear brake slave cylinders . great 10-ply firestone transforce 235-85-16 inch tires with atleast half tread left (one is almost new and have rotated them 3 -4 times. ). full size mounted spare . new turn signal cam . new HD signal flasher unit . All lights and heater work . Keys work. Get in it and go like I do !!! Have Original Dealer bill-of -sale handwritten papers from Bellevue . WA . and an Original Alaska 1968 Title too . as the first Owner moved up there in this truck with a camper in the back !!! Cool !!! Very dependable truck that has alot of life left . Steering is tight . motor sounds good . has the teal -aqua  green paint which people seem to like alot. Original seat is covered with a cover and i have not removed it. Original floormat. Original perfect glovebox. Ashtray . radio . and all knobs are all original. as is steering wheel. etc.  NO RUST on the underneath floor supports where the rubber mounts are . or floor itself. . Rubber mounts are getting old however. but not in a dangerous condition or Extremely worn. just cracked and old. No rust on rear cab corners !!! A few small dents here and there that are not very noticeable.
