2. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS AND COORDINATING TRANSPORT.  SELLER WILL ASSIST SHIPPER AS NEEDED.  ALL FUNDS MUST CLEAR BEFORE SHIPPING THE VEHICLE AND TITLE.
