Up for auction is this beautiful 1974 IH Travelall Custom 100 finished in its original Sunburst Yellow over the factory custom Sage interior with a beige textured roof. I am the second owner. The truck was reportedly in storage for almost 15 years prior to my purchase in 2018 and I have tried to keep things pretty original. This model is 2WD with many factory options. Equipment includes high-back front bucket seats, factory air conditioning, a third-row bench seat, power brakes and steering, dual side mirrors, chrome bumpers, cruise control, roof rack, and power liftgate window. It is powered by a 345ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. There are no cracks in the dash pad and a color-matched IH Scout center console is between the front bucket seats for storage. I also have the original line setting ticket as well as the original owner's manual, dealer brochure, and clear title.I have driven this truck around town almost daily for the last three years, it runs great and gathers a crowd everywhere it goes. As it was never intended to be at Pebble Beach, the work done to refresh the paint, engine, interior and such was done to allow for everyday driving. It is a 47-year-old truck -- it is beautiful, but not perfect and has some scattered rust bubbles and overspray. I have disconnected the radio. The cruise control and clock have never worked (although I will include parts for the cc). I never got around to replacing the driver's side exhaust manifold, and except for the speedometer, all the gauges work properly. The speedometer just stopped working a little bit ago and I have not installed the new one but will also include it with the truck along with several other miscellaneous hard-to-find extra parts and a car cover. I will also include the OEM fabric I sourced to repair the front driver's seat. There is no front tank, just the filler. A considerable amount of work has been done on the Travelall, here is a partial list: rebuilt carb, new master cylinder and booster, new custom brake lines, rotors turned and new pads, new electronic ignition, new a/c compressor and lines, new mufflers and pipes, new fuel and oil pumps, new fan assembly, belts, wires, new rear main seal, new battery, new windshield, tinted windows, custom rear leaf springs, wipers, front coils, etc, etc. The ODO shows 15,500 (I suppose 115K). It starts right up and runs well. The BFG KO2s have less than 2000 miles on them, and the Pacer rims look great.I was limited to the number of pictures I was able to post. I have others if you want more or something specific. I also have walk-around and cold start videos. I am happy to answer any questions. These do not come around that often and are continuing to increase in value.TERMS OF SALE 1. Communication with the winning bidder is expected within 24 hours of auction end. 2. A $500, NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required within 24 hours of the auction end (Venmo or PayPal accepted and acceptable). The full balance is due within 7 days of auction end. 3. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and coordinating transport although I do have a reputable and affordable transport service I have used several times that I would be happy to recommend and help shipper as needed. The vehicle and the title will not be released until the funds are cleared.4. The sale is final. The vehicle is non-returnable and sold “as-is where-is”. I have done my best to describe everything as clearly as possible and made myself available for any and all questions. The Travelall is very nice but is not 100% perfect. It is not a show truck, nor has it been presented as such. There is no warranty of any kind, expressed, written, or implied. Inspections and questions are welcomed before auction end.
