For Sale: 1980 GMC Sierra Classic 1500 1/2 Ton 2 WD Standard Card Pickup Truck.PART OF AN ESTATE SALE LISTING!WE HAVE ZERO / NO HISTORY ON THIS TRUCK OR THE MOTOR.SOLD AS A PROJECT TRUCK! Truck Info: MOTOR is out of truck - We believe it's an 1977 OLDS 350 Rocket V 8 engine (casting #557752-3 B) - LOOKS rebuilt but we do not know (been covered up in the garage since 2018) . Body is really really straight, hood don't look bent, does have some rust/rot right rear wheel lip of bed side and rear window area (and maybe other areas not seen) , interior looks complete, seat is torn, has power doors locks & windows, tilt steering wheel, classic Chevy wheels/beauty rings, a few boxes of parts are included, looks like it's an A/C truck (AC condenser might be gone? I don't see it) don't see any broken glass, tool box in back w/keys, automatic transmission thats in the truck (unknown what type) , etc.
This would be a great truck for a father / son project. Looks fairly complete, don't think it'll take to much to get it driving / running - just time and some cash for parts, etc. OR use it as parts you decide?
