I have reluctantly decided to sell my Quattro. (it was listed before. ut was removed by Ebay because I used the phrase 'make me a cash offer'. nd as I've already said Its a reluctant sale anyway. o its taken me 6 months to relist! ). I have been fully intending to restore the car but seem to get less & less time to do anything. So I will let another. more dedicated enthusiast. give it the attention it deserves.

The car needs a FULL restoration & has not been on the road for 11 years. The engine was rebuilt 10 yrs ago. ncluding all bearings. ew oil pump etc. along with a new Sachs clutch and slave cylinder. There was a new Dialynx manifold & flexi joint fitted at the same time. nd as only ever been run at standstill.

The brakes & suspension need a complete overall due to standing for so long. The front wings are OE Audi. not the newer remanufactured items and were purchased about 9 years ago. There are also a few spare doors. replacement bootlid. ear bumper bar. spare glass (including a quattro script rear screen). a spare gearbox & 2 engine blocks & 1 crankshaft (not sure if the engine blocks are any good though!)

This is a good opportunity to restore a once fabulous car. but please only consider this if you have the means to transport it. long with the extra spares (car trailer & van) and also the funds to not only purchase the car. ut also cover the cost of restoration. Nothing quattro related is cheap!! Also take into consideration that I am located in Cornwall. o a fair jaunt for many
The car will start for loading purposes. ut take into consideration the cambelt is 10 years old & also the fuel!!! all the vacuum/breather hoses are perished so runs quite rough.

The headlights were only placed into position for the photos & are not fixed
I really would like the car to go to someone who will restore it & not strip it for spares On the last listing I had approx 80 messages in 2 days. any from the breaker/race boys about buy it now. so this time I will put it up as a classified ad & you can make your own minds up to what its value is Cash on collection ONLY. viewings welcome by prior appointment PLEASE.
